Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
Mold
I live a house that is over 100 years old the walls are plaster walls with cracks around the fire places and there seems to be mold coming out of the cracks in my daughters room she has been sick for over two weeks doctors did test on her can not figure out whats wrong with her ,flu like symtoms and fever I think its the mold talked to my landlord she said spray clorox on it thats a quick fix. I told of my concerns she said that its bullshit can I break my lease and move out without having to pay her?

Re: Mold
I would doubt that under these circumstances that you'd be able to void your lease using the argument of constructive eviction as a basis without much more proof that the mold in fact is the actual cause of your daughter's malady.
