Month to Month Lease
Gave tenant a 30 day notice to vacate from a month to month lease,did not vacate do I have to go to court to have them removed?

Yes, if it's residential. Not necessarily if it's commercial, but if you turn out to have made a mistake with the notice the damages against you for a wrongful self-help eviction can be severe, so it makes sense to protect yourself by getting a court order.
