Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

My mother created an LLC with my 2 sisters years ago of some rental property and a lake cottage. She has died and I want to buy the cottage from my sisters. Is there a easy transfer without surveys, inspections and other expensive requirements? I plan to pay them cash and own it mortgage free. We will continue the LLC with the rental property.

Better have a lawyer experienced in such matters draw up the necessary

paperwork and record a revised deed showing you as the sole owner of the

property in fee simple.
