Mother died without a wiil. My mother said my brother gets the house. Has a loan. How can heget the house in his name.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother.
Unfortunately if your mother did not have a will when she died, the laws of your state control who gets her property. It doesn't matter what your mom said when she was alive; the laws are very strict for a reason. Your family can do whatever they want afterwards, but until the house is transferred as the law says, you don't have a lot of options.
