Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
my mother is ill and me and my grandfather are her power of attorneys he wants me to sign a deed of gift to him for my moms house and he wants to purchase the house for $240,000 and sell it for $389,000 and the difference go into my trust fund. He says all he wants out of it is his money which would be only what he paid for it right? it all sounds a little fishy to me I need some legal advice please help! Should i sign anything?

Fishy, indeed! Better see a lawyer about this before you even think one second about signing anything at all having to do with this particular proposal.
