Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
My mother in India has Alzheimer's now. When she made her will and registered it she was competent. According to her will, she is the sole owner of her property in India till she passes on. What are her rights if her other children want to tear down her house and rebuild on it when she is alive. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Assuming that your mother, her house, and these children are all located
in India, whatever remedy that may be available to your mother
for the situation alleged would most likely have to be pursued through the courts of India rather than those in Virginia.
