Does a landlord have the right to evict me with a 5 day notice? im only 1 month behind on rent and catching up so i wanna know if he can do this and put me in this situation? thank you

The Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act(VRLTA) which most probably governs your lease authorizes the landlord to issue a 5 day pay or quit notice to the tenant who may only be one month behind in his or her rent.
