Neighbor dumping hazardous materials on property

My mothers neighbor has torn out the fence that seperates their property. This fence was on my mothers property and he did not ask permission to tear it out. He has also cut down trees on her property in order to place round hay bales in my mothers field. Now he is dumping tractor batteries, tires, car parts and trash onto her property as well

Re: Neighbor dumping hazardous materials on property

Your mother would appear to have causes of action

against her neighbor for her damages occasioned by the loss of the fence, the trees and for nuisance from the dumping.

She would be well advised to consult with an attorney who should be able to advise her as to how best to proceed with these various matters.
