Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

A neighbor has a 10 ft rightaway for purposes of ingress or egress. The property has been deeded to her kids with a life estate reserved with covenants of special warranty of title. My questions did the rightaway die with the deed transferr?

Probably not, but even if such were the case, this particular right of way

could likely be easily reinstated by these new owners (in my opinion) if

they were of a mind to pursue it.
