My neighbor sold her house and a survey was done. Her survey does not agree with my survey as to the location of our common border What do we do?

You and this neighbor might wish to consider jointly hiring a third

surveyor who has no connection with the first two and agree

to settle the matter according to what his survey turns up on the matter.

(This would undoubtedly be much cheaper and quicker than litigating a suit

to quiet title in the local circuit court.)
