My neighbors have installed an LED Security light on the side of their house with one of the lights directed at my upstairs bedroom windows. What can I do to make them redirect

First (politely) bring this issue to their attention and

request that they redirect this particular light in a direction that

should have a less intrusive/perturbing effect upon you.

However, if they refuse, then consider consulting a local attorney as to

the feasibility of bringing an action in the appropriate court for abatement

of a private nuisance or similar remedy.
