Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

When do I have to be out?

I've just been notifiedthat my home will be up for auction at the county courthouse to the highest bidder, default has not been cured, all payments due have been accelerated, how much time until I have to be out?

Re: When do I have to be out?

Probably, within about 30 to 45 days after the house is auctioned. You should receive a notice to vacate shortly after this event which should have an

exact date by which time you must be out.
