Do I have any options?

I purchased a mobile home setup in a park in 1989.I built an addition with parks written permission in 1994 with the only contingency that if I ever remove the home the addition goes too.I have transferred to FL and was to sell the home to another sailor.The park told them they won't approve the lease for them unless I tear down the addition. On our street 1 person had the same problem and she said she went to a lawyer & was able to sell hers with the addition. Two others with additions were sold with no problems One the park manager sold. Can I fight this?

Yes, you can fight it. I suggest you retaoin counsel to represent your interests. Why not go to the same atty as did your friend?
