Options?

Wife name on deed my name on mortgage, home was rented before marriage only 20k remains on 5.75%. She hid $33,000 debts from me. Refusing buyout. Any options?

If you're divorcing your wife and she refuses to equitably "settle up" this particular matter in a PSA(Property Settlement Agreement), then you will have to involve the divorce court in the matter to do it through the process known as equitable distribution of marital property.
