Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

my parents deeded their home and 57 acres to me. when i went to get a loan using the house and property, the bank set the loan up---no problems, UNTIL they saw the amount of the loan----the land is not used for agriculture purposes but for the bank it has the potential and they could not give me the loan. THis is the fifth bank to give me this reasoning. Can I deed my loan BACK to my parents and then after the loan have it deeded back to me?
