POA for selling a joint own property

my mom and I are the joint owners for a condo in VA. The property will be in market for sale and my mother will be going oversea for a few months. What and how to make a Power of Attorney so I can take care of all the selling process behave of my mother? Please advise from your profession. Thank you.

You should be able to download for a small fee from this LawGuru Web site(click on forms link)a copy of a POA(special not general) form that would be appropriate for use in the Commonwealth of Virginia for the purpose which you've suggested.
