My power of attorney signed my name to a deed of gift transferring my property to her. It was notarized without me being there and recorded. How can I get my land back?

You'll most likely need to engage the services of
an attorney appropriately knowledgeable and experienced
in real property law matters to represent you in what is apparently
a fraudulent conveyance of your property to your power of attorney
and without your authorization or approval. (This, of course, assumes that the POA was not general in its nature and did not confer such power in its various provisions.)
