I have power of attorney, and I would like to terminate our lease so that I may go home while my husband is deployed for 6 months. Does the SCRA give me the right to do so given the proper notice is given with a copy of the orders?

Yes, if you're a dependent of the active duty servicemenber on the lease,

follow the lease termination procedures outlined in Section 535 of the SCRA.
