my property is being forclosed on.but the guy gave me a clear title to a moblie home on this plce which is in my name free and clear. do i own this can i move it. no leans on title

The answer would appear to be, yes, if, as you claim that there are no liens or other encumbrances against the title to this mobile home which now lists you as the sole owner.
