right of right of way on my property
We have a man who has a 10 ft right of way across our land to get to his land, what right do I have to keep pople from runing in & out all hours of the night, and can he do anything he wants to the land down the road.

It depends on the terms of the instrument granting the use of the right of way or easement. This question cannot be answered in a vacuum. You need to consult with a lawyer regarding the terms of the specific grant.
