Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I own a property and sold it several years ago.I hold the lien and a couple has been paying their loan on the property to me.They have made 42 of 66 payments.Last month`s check bounced and this month which is due today has not been recieved,so they are 2 months late.What can I do?

You could work out a settlement with these now delinquent buyers or,

alternatively, foreclose your lien on the property.
