In the state of Va. Land purchased for sum of 1.00. When selling does my husband have to be included on the sale?

Yes, if he's still your husband and you have not

mutually executed a PSA(Property Settlement Agreement)which references the ownership/disposition of this property, your husband would need to "sign off", so to speak, on the sale of this property.
