If 6 property owners lot lines intersect in a lake, can a property owner be made to participate in maintenance of the lake in order to keep it healthy and attractive for property values to be maintained? The question pertains to the removal of algae and weed growth.

If there are HOA or similar covenants/rules which require such shared maintenance of the lake, the answer is yes.
