Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I purchased a home in June 2012. The plumbing under the kitchen is 7/8 in rubber tubing, the drain field has failed and backed up into the house, found numberous electrical wires in the attic either not in a proper box or no box at all, and new supports need to be installed because of bowing joicies. Do I have a case for non-disclosure?

No, under Virginia law, only if you asked specific questions of the seller prior to the sale regarding these defects and s/he then failed to disclose them to you.
