Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I purchased a suv from a local dealer. with $3000 dollars left to be paid on the truck, i found out the odo reading which when i bought the truck read twelve thousand was all fraud. the sales guy told me plain it was legit miles and never gave the carfax as promised. what can i do cuz the original mile is over two hundred thousand and i paid seventeen thousand. ive had the suv less than six months.

200,000 original miles with an odometer rollback of some 188,000 miles?

You could send the dealer a letter with proof of your claim demanding a refund of the difference beween what you've paid and the true blue book value of the vehicle at the time of its purchase(with the 200k mileage ), minus whatever value you've received from driving the trucks for the past six months, plus a release of the $3K still owing on the note.

And, if the dealer refuses, then see a lawyer.
