How do I put someone on the Deed who is not on the Note?

Normally, by executing what's called a Deed of Gift (assuming an essentially gratuitous transfer). Be careful, however, that by so doing, you do not trigger a Due on Sale clause (if there be such in your mortgage or deed of trust).
