Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
Two questions if i may be so bold.
(1) I need to do a power of attorney for my mom so that I can can handle all of her affairs , what would be the most concise way to handle this?
(2) Secondly, I also need to transfer or doing something to have all the property that my mom now own put in my name for lack of a better phrade. What are my options and what is the best way to do this?

I would recommend that you arrange for a consultation with an attorney in your area who handles eldercare law issues and who should be competent
to advise you regarding both of these questions and probably numerous others
that may be related to these two and on your mother's situation in general.
And, if you cannot find any such lawyers in your local area, then contact
your local bar association and they should be able to provide you
with a few names and contact information.
