can anyone prepare a quick claim deed in the state of virginia or does it have to be done by an attorney?

Anyone can prepare a quitclaim deed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. (No attorney required.) Whether it's done correctly on a form or in a format appropriate for the Commonwealth, of course, is quite another matter.
