Quitclaim deed

I want to add my partner to my land deed. How do I word the quitclaim deed?

You can add your partner's name to the deed by way of a deed of gift rather than quitclaim. Better have an attorney prepare it; but, be careful because once it's done, your ownership of the property will effectively have been cut in half with no easy way to undo it.
