Raw land purchase

I am part owner of a piece of property in Buckingham Va, my sibblings and myself wish to buy out another cousins part of the property, I would like to find a form to assist me with this type of purchase.

5 acres total, she owns 1/2 of the 5 acres (2-1/2 acres)we own the other half since our fathers death some years back.

You say you're looking for a form to complete this important transaction. I would suggest something more substantial, like a Buckingham County attorney who understands the law of real property and the transfer/conveyance of interests in such property.
