Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am getting ready to sign a document in my husband's name, and want to know the correct way to do it. I already have a signed, notarized power of attorney from him. Do I sign his name, and write "by" with my name after it? Or do I sign my name, write the word "for" with his name after it?

As long as you have a valid POA that authorizes your signing

of your husband's name to this document, any of these suggested modes

will likely do just fine (in my opinion).
