Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

real estate disclaimer

If a real estate agent did not put a disclaimer on a contract and I lost a deposit from the potential buyer because of it, can I sue the real estate company for reimbursement of the lost deposit?

Re: real estate disclaimer

Depends, likely on what the disclaimer
