Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
real estate disclaimer
If a real estate agent did not put a disclaimer on a contract and I lost a deposit from the potential buyer because of it, can I sue the real estate company for reimbursement of the lost deposit?

Re: real estate disclaimer
Depends, likely on what the disclaimer
was that allegedly led to the loss of your deposit and whether facts can be found which could lead a reasonable mind to conclude at least by a preponderance of the evidence that the failure to include this disclaimer was in fact the proximate cause of the loss of your earnest money(deposit).
