As a licensed agent in Virginia can you list a property for sale that is in another state

I must say that I am not experienced with real estate licensing requirements, but let me point out thta your real concern will probably be with the OTHER State, not with Virginia. If you are proposing to sell real estate to someone in Virginia, I suspect that Virginia will not have a problem with that. (But they might.)

However, the OTHER state might feel that you are selling THEIR real estate without a license in their state.

I understand that you might not want to rock the boat with the real estate board, but I think they are the only ones who can give you a definite answer.
