Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Real Estate Limited Power of Attorney

I will need to sign for both myself and my husband at a mortgage refinance closing. I see online Limited POA forms for use with a purchase or sale but not for refinance. Which of those forms would be most suitable to modify for use regarding a refiance Closing? Can you suggest the proper language to insert into either of the existing forms?

Thanks very much for your help.

Your title company or closing attorney should provide the necessary form. Ask them.
