Real estate sales

Im selling my house,when the time comes can i type up my own contract with the buyer.Is this legal??

Why, of course, it would be legal for you to draw up your own sales contract. Whether or not though such a contract would meet all of the requirements for the transaction for which it was designed (by you) would, of course, be another matter, quite entirely.
