Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Real Estate tax assessment

My property (undeveloped wooded lot- near farm land) was assessed at nearly twice the value since last year. There are no obvious changes to the area. My family own ajoining property. No sales in couple of years. What recourse do I have to contest the assessment.
