Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
I have a real estate/divorce legal question. I was divorced two years ago and my ex wife was to take the house out of my name in 150 days after the divorce she hasnt and im still on the loan i just found this out last week about the loan. And she is 4 months behind on the payments and no it is on my credit report. What should i do?

So, what's the little woman's explanation for her apparent delinquencies? (Surely, you have contacted her by now?)
If things cannot be worked out between the two of you, about all you can do then is to take her back before the court on what's called a Rule to Show Cause (as to why she should not be found in contempt and subject to appropriate sanctions).
