Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I received a judgement for past due rent/fees on my property for an eviction. How do I collect the money? I have work addresses and ssn for the ex-tenants. Do I do a wage garnishment?? Is that the only way? Thanks in advance.

You could file a summons in garnishment with the local court which entered the judgment in order to garnish your judgment debtors' wages or levy against whatever can be seized from their bank account(s).
