Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am recently divorced and my wife left during the separation. I live in the home and it is all payed for. I am trying to get her to pay her half of the real estate taxes and home owners insurance. Her name is on the deed. Do i have any legal way to make her pay her share.

No, you do not; these matters should have been settled as part of the divorce

in such a manner that they could not arise again as problems after the

divorce became final.
