Refinance Question

I am presently living in a home that I purchased alone and

had my wifes name added per Survivorship Deed. Recently my

wife filed for divorce and left the residence. The mortgage

is in my name only and I would like to refinance. Is this

possible?

Your wife would have to either join in the refinance or deed the property back to you, as she is now on the title.
