Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I own & Rent a 2 acre lot, the lady that rents this lot is a month to month renter, without notice she has sold the mobile home on lot, and the new owner is getting ready to move off my lot. The Rent of $200.00 was due on the 1st of each month, which is now due, who pays this rent due now?

The lady that is/was your tenant owes the money, but since it's month to month, only the one month will be due.
