Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I am in a rent to own property and have made several improvements to the property but am planning on getting married and vacating the premises, I purchased and built an out building for additional storage and wanted to know if it was legal for me to move the building off the property as it is unattached and something that i bought and constructed

Yes, there should be no legal impediments to your right to take this personalty with you when you vacate the premises, but you might still want to apprise the owner (no, that's not you but rather the seller))of this property before you do so.
