rental lease
Im trying to get a house rented before my husband gets home from deployment. We would be paying from his paycheck as I do not make enough money. I need to know if I need to have him there for me to sign and what options do I have.

Whether you would be able to qualify for a rental property based upon your husband's income under the circumstances described would most likely be up to the particular individual landlord or property management company to which your application would be submitted.
