Rental Property

I have a rental property that I rent to a couple and their children. a couple of months ago, I sent them an eviction notice giving them 30 days to vacate the property because of non payment of rent or late rent over several months. They asked if they could staty until the end of their lease which is up 9/30/08, I agreed verbally. Do I have to send them another 30 day notice?

No, you do not, at least if the lease is covered by the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act (VRLTA).
