Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I have a rental property that the tenant hasn't paid rent since May 2010. I have started the eviction process with the court. Our lease agreement is that we will provide the electric service at the property. Since they have not paid rent since May, can I legally have the electric turned off?...Thank You

No, not yet, until you obtain a valid writ of possession

from the general district court in charge of the matter (in my opinion).
