Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Rental Term

Question on a defined rental term; my lease reads as follows, from how I read it, the term rental sum amount covers the entire 1 year, correct?

''Property XX to be used... for the term of One (1) Year ... paying therefor unto the said parties of the first part, or their agents, in lawful money of the United States, the term rental, or sum of $565.00 payable in advance, as follows: Net Rent $535.00 if discount allowed without formal demand during business hours''

Re: Rental Term

Most likely, the sum of $565.00 per month for the rental unit unless the lessee were to pay the landlord or his agent(s) the sum of $535.00, tendered to the foregoing during the business hours (presumably during which the rental office operates).
