I have rented my house to someone and they signed a 12 month lease. After 5 months they left. Can I take them to court to get the rest of my money for the remainder of the lease?

Yes, of course, you can seek a judgment on your claim for the seven months rent due under this lease which was never paid + court costs, but whether you will actually be able to enforce and collect on this judgment is quite another

matter.
