I rented a property in va it was paid thru November and I am being told it wasnt to get my belongings i have to sign a paper

If this paper requires you to falsely admit that you owe the rent

for the month of November, you shouldn't sign it, but

instead go to the clerk's office of the general district court

and tell them that you want to file what's called a Warrant in

Detinue against your former landlord for the return

of your personal property.
