Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
revoking a deed
My husbands 7 children own his home , and he has lifetime occupancy. They (children) are supposed to make repairs according to special warranties in the deed. Can the deed be revoked since these conditions have not been met as agreed upon?

Your husband's life estate and any other abilities/rights in the property would be governed by the deed. I recommend that you present the deed to an attorney for review.

You may want to have an attorney review the deed.
